Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 6 hours of placing the order.
After this time, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order may already be in processing.
If the cancellation is made within the 6-hour window, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items that are in their original packaging.
We do not refund items that have been used, worn, or damaged through regular use or improper handling.
If you return an item without authorization, without a valid reason, or outside of the 14-day return window, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return:

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.

All returns must be approved by our team in advance.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Please include your order number and the name used to place the order in the return package to ensure quick processing.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
After receiving your return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item.
If the items are in good condition, the refund may take up to 40 business days from the confirmation date to be processed.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit institution.
We do not refund items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use.
All refunds are issued in Austrailan (AUD) according to the original payment method.
Any foreign currency or exchange fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items
Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.
An item is considered damaged if it shows a defect or visible breakage.
Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) where the product itself remains intact is not considered a damaged item.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 6 hours of delivery.
Send us an email with a clear photo of the damage.
We will review whether you are eligible for a free replacement.
Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver your order promptly and reliably. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as those caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other issues during transit.
